Returns & Exchanges

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are final sale:

  • Engraved or personalized pieces

  • Items marked as sale, clearance, or promotional
  • Jewelry that shows signs of wear, modification, or resizing

How to Initiate a Return (for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

  • Contact Us: Call +1 647 975 8108 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Repackage Securely: Use the original packaging and secure the item carefully for return shipping.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outer shipping label
  • Inspection Period: Once received, returned items are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the new item differs in price, the balance will be adjusted prior to shipping.
  • Exchanges follow the same quality check process as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
