Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dream Gems & Jewels, we are committed to excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our fine jewelry and personalized offerings, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the details below:

1. All Sales Are Final

Purchases made via our website, showroom, or authorized personnel are final and cannot be refunded. This applies to all jewelry including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and bespoke designs.

2. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Personalization & Value: Many of our pieces are customized or made-to-order, tailored to individual preferences. As such, they are not suitable for resale.

Hygiene & Wearability: For health and safety reasons, previously worn or handled jewelry cannot be resold as new.

Fairness & Consistency: Our policy ensures consistent service for all clients and maintains product authenticity.

3. Exchange Options (When Applicable)

While refunds are not provided, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all certificates and tags.
  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Custom or engraved items are not eligible for exchange.

4. Items with Defects or Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Our team will assess the item through a quality review.
  • If confirmed defective, we will offer:
    • Free repair.
    • A replacement of equal or similar value.
    • In rare cases, store credit.

5. Custom Orders

All custom-designed, engraved, or modified jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. A detailed design plan will be approved by the client prior to production. Once approved, the order is final.

6. Resizing Services

We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase, subject to design limitations. Additional resizes may incur a fee. Not all designs are resizeable.

7 .Return Shipping

Shipping costs for exchanges or repairs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

8. Legal Exceptions

We comply with all applicable local consumer protection laws. If local legislation overrides this policy for defective goods, we will honor those terms.
